What We Do
Teamsters Local 324 has been fighting for working-class families for more than 90 years. We fight for industry-leading Labor Agreements and organize at-will employees seeking to collectively bargain. We adjudicate grievances, enforce contracts and fight for living wages, dignified retirement and safe working conditions.

 
Who We Are
Our staff is made up of hard-working men and women who know workers' rights. Our Business Agents have more than 80 years of combined experience standing up to employers, and we used to work in the very units we represent. Our Executive Board is made up of rank & file members.
