Randy A. Meadors started his Teamster career as a Class – A Truck Driver for Land O Lakes where he delivered bulk grain to local dairy farms in the Willamette Valley area starting in 1991. Meadors made the drive to Portland every day for the next five years from his residence in Donald, OR. Meadors left Land O Lakes in 1996 and, with his wife Robin, became full-time farmers.

Meadors did not return to the Teamsters until 2001, when he became a full-time driver for Food Services of America out of Milwaukie, OR with Teamsters Local 206. In 2007, he ran to be a Shop Steward for the drivers and was elected by his peers and the fun began. Randy ran for Recording Secretary for Teamsters Local 324 in 2009 with Chris R. Muhs and the rest of Muhs' slate. In 2010, the members of Teamsters Local 324 voted the entire slate into Office.

In 2016, Meadors was elected as an alternate Delegate to the Teamsters National Convention in Las Vegas, NV. He was appointed by Chris R. Muhs to become a full-time Business Agent for Local 324 on May 1, 2019. Since then, Randy has been appointed to serve as an alternate Trustee for the Oregon Teamsters Employers Trust.

Randy Meadors also served our nation in the Army as a Ranger from 1981 through July of 1989.
