After months of negotiations and a "last, best and final" offer from Bigfoot Beverages that stripped away our members' hard-earned pensions with the Western Conference of Teamsters Pension Trust, Local 324 members took decisive action and hit the streets. At midnight on September 19, 2024, they went out on a ULP Strike against Bigfoot Beverages in Eugene, Springfield, Newport, Roseburg and Coos Bay. Local 324 members will NOT accept any offer that does not include keeping their pension....something they have had since May 1, 1957. The Company has tried every dirty trick in the book, including an illegal action claiming they held a vote to disclaim the Union. None of our Teamster Brothers or Sisters on the picket line ever voted for any such thing. The Union has multiple Unfair Labor charges that have been filed against the Company.
